Australian Catholic Religious Against Trafficking in Humans (ACRATH) - raising awareness.
Christian Brothers Oceania Province has been supporting the local anti human trafficking organisation, ACRATH, for many years. ACRATH’s campaigns to eliminate human trafficking in all its forms, whether it be slavery-like practices in agricultural employment in Australia or in the supply chains that bring us our coffee, cotton, and chocolate, are worthy of our support.
Kavanagh College’s Erika Fairweather named Sky Sports Emerging talent
Erika Fairweather, Dunedin-born New Zealand olympic swimmer, has been named Sky Sports Emerging talent at the Halberg awards. Erika attended Kavanagh College and in 2021 was head girl. Despite her young age, Erika has an impressive list of accomplishments.

The Christian Brothers Oceania Province is delighted to present their new website. The design boldly embraces the feel and sense of the entire Oceania region. The steering committee prioritised the search for a relevant spirituality for today, one which promotes the opportunities for formation and highlights the Oceania mission as we reach out to our suffering planet and to those made poor by society.
Br Peter Clinch is elected Congregation Leader
Congratulations to the five elected Christian Brothers for the New Leadership Team which was announced on 3 February 2022. Br Peter Clinch is the Congregation Leader, Br John Casey is the Deputy Leader and Brs Senan D’Souza, David Ryan Silva and Hugo Cáceres are Councillors.
